The Tianji Mountain scenic area, located at the border between Shanxi Province and Henan Province, 35km from Pingshun County, 18km from Linzhou City, Henan, and 70km from the charming Changzhi. The scenic spot covers an area of 1419.1 hectares, at an elevation of 1886 m. It is known as the "Backbone of Sky". The most famous attractions are Tianji Giant Buddha, Step-into-Sky Bridge, Tianji Plunging Waterfall, Eighteen Pools, Lingyin Cave, Hearts Lock, Love Forest, etc. It is the national AAAA tourist attraction. It is a provincial geological park and a provincial key scenic spot.
