Changzhi and Gwangju of ROK have carried out a series of practical cooperation in the fields of cultural tourism, economic, trade and medical care since the establishment of the sister-city relationship in 2014, which have promoted the socio-economic development of both sides. In order to accelerate the high-quality development and build Changzhi into a renowned scenic city that to increase its global popularity, the Foreign Affairs Office of Changzhi Municipal Peoples’ Government made a city promotional video，The Vibrant Taihang，and played at public facilities like city squares, shopping malls, high-speed railway station in Gwangju. 

According to the feedback of relevant governmental departments of Gwangju, the video, focused on the amazing landscapes of the Taihang Mountain, has aroused great interests from general public of Gwangju.

As an important event of friendly exchanges between the two cities, it has played a positive role in enhancing the friendship and understanding between the two cities and their people. And it has made Taihang Mountain, the iconic scenery of Changzhi, become better known in the world.
